Guidelines

Format Requirements
  • Language: English only
  • Word limit: 250-300 words (excluding title and authors)
  • Structure: Title, Authors, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Font: Arial or Times New Roman, 12pt
  • File format: PDF, DOC, or DOCX
  • Maximum file size: 5MB
Content Guidelines
  • Title: Concise and descriptive (maximum 20 words)
  • Authors: List all contributing authors with affiliations
  • Introduction: Brief background and objectives
  • Methods: Study design, setting, and analytical approach
  • Results: Key findings with relevant data
  • Conclusion: Main conclusions and clinical implications
Ethics & Originality
  • All research must have ethical approval (if applicable)
  • Abstracts must report original, unpublished work
  • Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection
  • At least one author must register for the conference
Review Process
  • All abstracts undergo blind peer review
  • Selection criteria: originality, scientific merit, clarity
  • Authors will be notified by July 15, 2026
  • Accepted abstracts will be assigned oral or poster presentation
Awards: Best abstracts will receive prizes in various categories during the conference!
