Conference Registration

Registration Policy

• All registration fees are non-refundable
• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
• Proof of professional status may be requested
• Student registrations require valid student ID

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made via bank transfer to the designated ARIN account
• Use your registration code as the payment reference
• Submit proof of payment to tech-support@arinagmkanem2026.org
• Payment confirmation typically takes 24-48 hours

Cancellation

• Registrations cannot be cancelled or refunded
• Substitutions are allowed with advance notice
